Based in the marina of Puerto Calero on the east coast of Lanzarote, you are strategically located to explore all that the Canary Islands have to offer.

The unique location of the Canaries Archipelago gives you the option of line of sight sailing between peaceful isolated anchorages and modern well equipped marinas, island hopping between the seven main islands and various smaller islands, whilst having the opportunity to try authentic blue water ocean sailing.

Chartering our 2008 Sun Odyssey Deck Saloon 45ft yacht will give you the opportunity to explore the diverse coastline of Lanzarote and its neighbouring islands.

Our yacht is well equipped with the latest charts (electronic and paper), guides and pilot books, as well as tourist guides for all the major attractions on Lanzarote.

Clicking on the place names highlighted below will take you there on Google Earth (download Google Earth using this link - please note if you do not have Google earth installed the following links will not open.)

Puerto Calero, An idyllic blue flag marina with excellent facilities, a large choice of restaurants, cafes, a selection of shops including a supermarket, diving school, whale and dolphin museum plus much more.

Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote has a very pleasant promenade with coffee bars, palm trees and flowerbeds along the seafront.   A very lively place to visit during the daytime to enjoy lunch and watch the world go by. It has two ports used by yachts; Puerto Naos and Puerto de Arrecife both suitable anchorages for a stop en route to Isla Graciosa.

Isla Graciosa is 33 nautical miles from Puerto Calero. The island measures 6.5km by 3km, with flat golden sandy beaches and four low volcanic peaks. There are no made up roads.  This is the place to “take off your shoes and forget the world”. With beautiful scenery and the relaxed lifestyle of the small fishing community, this really is an island paradise which you will find hard to leave.
The marina  Caleta del Sebo (La Sociedad) is located on the south east coast of the Island.

The Rubicon Marina is the largest marina on Lanzarote is located in Playa Blanca on the south coast and is the closest point to Fuerteventura, which is only 8 miles away. Marina Rubicon has excellent facilities with a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and, and its own shopping centre, The Rubimar. It offers use of a free swimming pool to visiting yachts.

Papagayo is the most popular anchorage in the area and it is easy to see why. The area has been designated a Parque Natural and consists of 7 separate golden sand beaches with volcanic rock separating them.

Isla Lobos is located closer to the NE coast of Fuerteventura than Lanzarote Isla de Lobos is only 12 miles from Puerto Calero. It is an unspoiled part of the Parque Natural de las Dunas, and provides an ideal day anchorage with excellent snorkelling. There is a restaurant in the only village on the Island, El Puertito.

Fuerteventura and Lanzarote are separated by the Bocaina straight and are only approximately 8 miles apart; giving you a much wider choice of day sails should you wish to return to your base in Puerto Calero more often.

The four main destinations for yachts on Fuerteventura are listed below, along with their respective distance from Puerto Calero;
